This tube-in-tube sterilizer mainly constitute of four level’s tube-in-tube or (multi-tube) heat exchanger, infinitely variable speed pump, retainer, sealed bucket, a hot water generator, support leg, controller, etc

This equipment equipped with heating section, sterilization keep section, cooling section, tube set of simple structure, small resistance.

Material’s heating---keep section’s structure reasonable collocation, guarantee the stability of temperature, the product security.

Cleaning process contains a hot water and cooling water flow. Prevention wall scaling effect heat exchange effect. Bactericidal used hot water heating method of the pipes, to improve the thermal efficiency.

LED display operation screen, PLC system for full automatic device and used in the device of multichannel record instrument temperature record.
