Sugar Dissolving Tank

Sugar dissolving tank designed by Hangzhou Huihe Company is a kind of new stainless steel tank . The pot body is composed by cylindrical tube of stainless steel sealing head, forming the heat transfer sandwich. With outside polished by stainless steel packing, the surface is beautiful. The contents and cold water are dissolved in the pot, then steam ventilated into jacket, in order to achieve the purpose of heat and melt. And a tube line with jacket is equipped with pressure gauge and safety valve, in order to check the pressure in the jacket, and ensure the safety in production.

It is mainly used for dairy, sugar, beverage, food and other elements mixing with all kinds of drugs to stir homogeneously. And now it has been the indispensable equipment in the dairy products, beverage, and pharmaceutical factories.

Characteristics of Sugar Dissolving Tank

1. The insulation material is polyurethane foam or pearl cotton which is high temperature-resistant and anti-aging.

2. The interface adopts international standard ISO fast loading camp, inner pot uses imported stainless steel SUS304 or SUS306L.

3. The seal head adopt imported sanitary mechanical agitation seal or magnetic seal agitating device, stirring speed are optional.
