Ingredients tank produced in our company with opening cover and inclined bottom three layer structure, has characteristics such as automatic temperature control, heat preservation, stirring function, fast heat conduction, big temperature adaptable ability and easy clean. And can be fully closed structure according to process need.

1. According to Structure: opening on the head & ramp bottom，opening on the head & conical sealed head on the bottom , up & down conical sealed head, up & down elliptical sealed head

2. According to Heating Type: there are Steam Heating and Electric Heating

Usages of Ingredients Tank

The stainless steel tank is widely used in food (milk) products, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, beverage, oil, chemical, paint, etc as heating, mixed deployed or sterilization processing. And it is particularly suitable for units and research institutions without steam source.

Characteristics of Ingredients Tank

1. The insulation material is polyurethane foam or pearl cotton which is high temperature-resistant and anti-aging.

2. The interface adopts international standard ISO fast loading camp, inner pot uses imported stainless steel SUS304 or SUS306L, and is mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4m, outer surface adopts matte, mirror, blasting, or cold-rolled matte.

3.The seal head adopt imported sanitary mechanical agitation seal or magnetic seal agitating device, stirring speed are optional.

4. The pipe mouth is equipped with liquid level gauge (static pressure type, capacitive, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air-breathing mouth, thermometer( digital display type or dial type),CIP cleaning mouth, mirror, explosion-proof sight (integration of mirror and light), SIP sterilization mouth, liquid inlet and outlet and sanitary manhole etc.
