Thin Mixing Tank

Thin mixing tank has the characteristics of energy saving, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, simple structure and is easy to clean. The stainless steel tank is mainly used for dairy, sugar and other elements mixing with all kinds of drugs to stir homogeneously. And now it has been the indispensable equipment in the dairy products, beverage, and pharmaceutical factories.

1. According to Structure: opening on the head & ramp bottom，opening on the head & conical sealed head on the bottom , up & down conical sealed head, up & down elliptical sealed head

Structure of Thin Mixing Tank

The cylinder, cover, impeller, feeding inlet and discharging port of the deployment tank all made of imported stainless acid-proof steel 1Cr 1 8Ni9Ti, according to GB741-80 technical conditional. The inner side is mirror-polished. There is an agitator to a stirring effect.

Usages of Thin Mixing Tank

It applied to detergent, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, petroleum jelly, Vaseline, infusion, injection, oral liquid, blood preparation, biology, fine chemical and fermentation industries.

Characteristics of Thin Mixing Tank

1.The insulation material is polyurethane foam or pearl cotton which is high temperature-resistant and anti-aging.

2. The interface adopts international standard ISO fast loading camp, inner pot uses imported stainless steel SUS304 or SUS306L, and is mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4m, outer surface adopts matte, mirror, blasting, or cold-rolled matte.

3. The seal head adopt imported sanitary mechanical agitation seal or magnetic seal agitating device, stirring speed are optional.

4. The pipe mouth is equipped with liquid level gauge (static pressure type, capacitive, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air-breathing mouth, thermometer( digital display type or dial type),CIP cleaning mouth, mirror, explosion-proof sight (integration of mirror and light), SIP sterilization mouth, liquid inlet and outlet and sanitary manhole etc.
