Features：this unit is fully functional, can access to system-wide vacuum, can extract essential oil, water, alcohol, animal internal organs. Extraction liquid can be concentrated and creamed, organic solvent is recycled.

    This  concentrator uses a specific structure in condensed system, making the products can reach the final proportion of 1.4, and discharging opinions. It owns high degree of automatic control; data acquisition is accurate and reliable. The slag door of the extraction can automatically open, flexibly operate and the lock is reliable.  It adopts inflatable pneumatic seal structure, can effectively prevent the leakage of materials; equipped reasonably and compactly and good in appearance, is in line with requirements under laboratory conditions, easy to operate and maintain. The contact area with drug is made of 304 material, within the heating chamber is polished health management, in line with the State Drug Administration on the “Good Manufacturing Practice‘ requirements relating to equipment provision and national standards requirements.  

     The unit is composed of 0.2m³，0.3m³，0.5m³extractor, oil-water separator, single-effect concentrator with evaporation of 70kg/h、100kg/h、180kg/h, cooler condensate, extract tank as recovery tank, vacuum pump and material pump.

      This unit can be divided into automatic and manual. Pipeline is optimized designed, simply operate, features can be cut according to customers’ requirements（among the listed）. Automatic type: PLC control system, compiled from various process operating parameters, on-line monitoring the entire unit of operational status of equipment for automatic control, operating parameters can be modified, stored and printed according to actual situation.
